Helen was involved in the dance industry as a performer, teacher and choreographer for over 30 years and found herself in a Pilates studio when she was 21 to rehabilitate after a dance injury.
 
After many years of teaching dance and being a “student” of Pilates, Helen made the decision to complete her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (91491NSW) followed quickly by the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method (91490NSW).  She is a Licensed  Buff Bones Instructor (Osteoporosis Management)  and a Faculty Educator for  Scolio-Pilates®. 
 
As a Scoliosis Specialist, Helen loves educating other Allied Health Practitioners throughout  Australia / New Zealand / Asia on the Scolio-Pilates® Method.  She is passionate about helping clients lead a healthy and pain-free life and avoid surgical intervention where possible.  Helen can also be booked for tailored training workshops/sessions which will accrue 1 PDP per hour.

Helen is a Windsor local and most weekends you'll most likely find her enjoying the local food scene or out hiking a mountain with her husband!
